Step 2. Take a medical wig certification course. Many are inexpensive and can be completed within a couple weeks. We can recommend one that is $213, but you can attend your own

Step 2. Obtain a tax id from the IRS and NPI number from your state if you don't already have one

Step 3. Contact AplusABC.com in the "Let's Work Together" box below to review our monthly no strings attached contract

Step 4. Review and accept fees. $4 per chart and 5% of check to cover billing software expenses

Step 5. You can do your own insurance accreditation or APlusABC.com can do it for you with a 50% discount. This process might take up to 30 days. If you choose to do your own accreditation please verify that the cpt codes are covered with that insurance

Step 6. Add your clientele and their insurance information on our billing schedule that we setup under your tax id and npi

Step 7. Write your provider note. We can provide a template

Step 8. We do our magic and provide a check from the insurance company

​

Step 9. We will update the insurance processing information in our software, provide free denials management if needed, deduct our $4 per chart 5% per check fee, then forward the balance to the provider within 3 business days of payment receipt
